Please remember Before & After School Care bookings cancelled within 48hrs are normally charged as an absent session fee. Summer School Holiday Vacation Care bookings cancelled after 16th DECEMBER 2022 will also be charged an absent fee. If you have a medical reason for an absence made within or after these timeframes, please use our Absence Fee Waiver Form.
