Please fill out the following in the event of a booking cancellation where the cancellation occurs within 48hrs of a booked session.

Bookings cancelled within 48hrs without a medical certificate are normally charged as an absent session with Child Care Subsidy applied to reduce the fee. This helps us to maintain consistent educators at your service & comply with educator to child ratios. Centrelink will pay CCS for a total of 42 absences per year.
