All About Our Fees
The Child Care Subsidy is applied to all fees listed below. Families with a combined family income of less than $530,000 per year are eligible for some Child Care Subsidy which needs to be applied for through Centrelink. Fees vary according to your family's Child Care Subsidy percentage, which is determined by Centrelink. The CCS reduced rates shown below are a general guide based on a 90% subsidy rate.
Session Fees
Before School Care
Onsite
For permanent bookings and bookings made with more than 24 hours notice
= $22.83 per session (with a CCS of 90% = $3.31 per session)
For casual bookings made with less than 24 hours notice = $27.83 per session (with a CCS of 90% = $4.04 per session)
With Transport
For permanent bookings and bookings made with more than 24 hours notice and including bus transport to another school
= $27.83 per session (with a CCS of 90% = $4.04 per session)
For casual bookings made with less than 24 hours notice and including bus transport to another school = $32.83 per session (with a CCS of 90% = $4.76 per session)
After School Care
Onsite
For permanent bookings and bookings made with more than 24 hours notice
= $29.17 per session (with a CCS of 90% = $4.23 per session)
For casual bookings made with less than 24 hours notice = $34.17 per session (with a CCS of 90% = $4.95 per session)
With Transport
For permanent bookings and bookings made with more than 24 hours notice and including bus transport from another school
= $34.17 per session (with a CCS of 90% = $4.95 per session)
For casual bookings made with less than 24 hours notice and including bus transport from another school
= $39.17 per session (with a CCS of 90% = $5.68 per session)
School Holiday Care
The day type is displayed for each day on each centre's School Holiday Program & varies each holidays.
For bookings made with more than 48 hours notice:
Bronze days (in service days) full fee = $79.99 per day (with a CCS of 90% = $11.60);
Silver days (special activity) full fee $89.99 per day (with a CCS of 90% = $13.05);
Gold Days (incursion/excursion) full fee = $99.99 per day (with a CCS of 90% = $14.50);
Diamond Days (special excursions with extra inclusions) full fee = $109.99 per day (with a CCS of 90% = $15.95)
For bookings made with less than 48 hours notice:

Kindy Program
Activities & fees are the same as the School Holiday Program for your centre
Absent Fees
Absent fees are the same as a booked session fee after the CCS has been applied (the same amount you would be charged for an attendance).
Before & After School Care cancellations need to be made 48hrs prior to the booked session start time to avoid an absent fee.
School Holiday Care cancellations need to be made
7 days prior to the booked session start time to avoid an absent fee.
In the event of an illness or unexpected event, you can apply to have an absence fee waived using the form on our website here.
Statements & Billing Cycle
Statements are issued fortnightly on a Tuesday for the period ending the Sunday prior & fees are charged on the Thursday of the same week. Fees are charged in arrears based on your child's booked sessions & after any CCS has been applied (so you only pay the gap remaining). Payments are made via direct debit.
